Key Responsibilities:
* General HR admin, onboarding and record-keeping
* Note-taking in meetings and supporting HR documentation
* Helping with policy updates and training coordination
* Assisting with new HR system implementation
* Supporting employee engagement and compliance processes

* Strong admin experience (HR background not essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Discretion and professionalism
