HR Officer
Due to operational demand, we are recruiting a HR Officer for a permanent role with a highly respected Manufacturing organisation. The successful candidate will be going into a busy team to help undertake a range of tasks within the HR Team located in Dungannon.

The Role:
* Providing HR support and advice to a team of around 400 employees across the company
* Assist the HR Manager with the development and improvement of HR processes e.g. staff attendance, performance review, recruitment and L&D
* Support recruitment processes, drafting job descriptions through to issuing contracts
* Onboarding and inductions
* Assist the HR Manager in developing training programmes
* Monitor probationary reviews
* Update HR and training records on the HR system
The Person:
* 1-2 years’ minimum experience in a Human Resources role (essential)
* Working towards or be CIPD qualified (essential)
* Previous experience of assisting with employee relations, investigations, disciplinary meetings, etc.
* Experience of recruitment and assisting with HR projects
