Offer description

Our client, a well-established specialist services provider based in High Wycombe, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and providing outstanding customer service while developing their sales and administrative skills.

The role involves speaking with customers over the telephone, advising them on available products and services, and supporting them through the application process. The successful candidate will also ensure accurate completion of documentation, maintain customer records and support the wider sales team with administrative tasks. This position would suit someone who is motivated, organised and confident communicating with customers while delivering a professional service.

The role is full-time and office-based, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Key Duties

* Speaking with customers via telephone and advising them on available products and services.

* Completing customer applications and ensuring all information is recorded accurately.

* Updating internal systems with sales information and maintaining customer records.

* Producing documentation for new customer applications.

* Managing renewals and ensuring records remain up to date.

* Responding to email and telephone enquiries generated through the company website.

* Supporting the sales team with administrative duties including sending documentation by post.

* Collating competitor information to contribute to monthly sales meetings.

* Completing CPD requirements and ensuring training records are maintained.

* Assisting with additional projects or tasks as requested by the Sales Operations Manager.
