The successful Site Manager will be overseeing works such as EWI, loft insulation, concrete repairs, window/door replacements, boiler replacements and more. Any experience managing packages like EWI would be desirable for this type of work.
To be considered for this Site Manage role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness certificates. You must also have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
This Site Manager position is being offered on an initial freelance basis with a view to going permanent next year if successful. My client has 140 properties to complete works on by April 2024, with a further 160 in the next tax year.
This Site Manager role is paying £28.50 per hour CIS. Mileage between properties is covered at 45p per mile.
