Working Hours: 20:00 – 06:00 (10-hour shifts, Sunday to Thurs)

About the Role
Join the dedicated team at Fit Out UK as we transform a major retail space in Chesterfield. As Night Site Manager, you'll lead overnight operations, ensuring our high-profile fit-out project is delivered to exceptional standards. This contract role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, nocturnal environment and are passionate about delivering quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee nightly site activities, including installation, trade coordination, and quality assurance.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and team briefings.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project timelines and budgets.
* Track progress and resolve any on-site challenges swiftly to maintain schedule.
* Uphold Fit Out UK's commitment to precision, safety, and sustainability.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in retail fit-out, construction, or similar (SMSTS certification).
* Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a night-shift team.
* In-depth knowledge of health & safety standards (CSCS card required).
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel (accommodation/support available if needed).
* Proactive, solution-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
