Job Description
This role involves leading a team in delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and developing the capabilities of colleagues. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Manage and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve their best performance
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
