Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respect the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
* Play a vital part in attracting new business for our private dining, events offering as well as nurturing our existing key guest accounts
* Respond promptly to inquiries, issue detailed proposals, and conduct site inspections
* Build strong relationships, close deals, and bring events to life with precision and elegance
* Achieve and exceed the sales targets
* Have a proactive mindset
* Organised and detail orientated to thrive in a busy environment
