Library Customer Services Manager
Interview expected to be held on 9 July 2024.
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Normal hours of work will be Tuesday - Saturday, 14:00 - 22:00; however, you may be asked to work outside of these hours on occasion in line with service needs.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills, contributing to service and staffing solutions.
* Focus on people and operational management, contributing to library policy and practice development.
* Work collaboratively across sites and lead by example, demonstrating the university’s values.

This role involves working at one of our main campus library sites and supporting cross-site activities.
