We’re partnering with a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Interim HR Manager to support during a period of change and growth.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives, support operational delivery, and ensure a high-quality employee experience across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Partnering with site and senior management on all HR matters
- Leading on employee relations, including complex casework
- Supporting organisational change, restructuring, and workforce planning
- Coaching and advising line managers on best practice
- Driving engagement, performance, and retention initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
About you:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HRBP within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Strong generalist HR knowledge with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
- Confident managing complex ER cases and advising senior stakeholders
- Able to hit the ground running in an interim capacity
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
