Due to company expansion, a vacancy has become available for a Technical Sales Executive.
You will be responsible for growing revenues, the lifeblood of any business!
We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years experience working within Technical Sales within the Fastener industry, or have experience selling similar volume product in to the Oil & Gas and/ or Petrochemical industries.
Must have experience in fasteners, dealing with the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries
* The ability to interpret customer requirements at enquiry stage.
* A good, basic Engineering knowledge
* Able to Estimate customer jobs to include BOM and best manufacturing route. This may include the possibility of sourcing the component complete from an alternative supplier
* Load customers order and build job using most efficient route from the customers purchase order
* If required, purchase any materials needed for the job
* General Housekeeping
* Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
* Expectation to work outside of normal hours to complete own tasks if necessary,
* The willingness be involved in other areas of the business as required
* Excellent attention to detail
* Must be Computer literate, with knowledge of Word & Excel
Hours of work: 8am - 4:30pm with a finish of 3:30pm on Friday's
Salary is negotiable dependent on your experience within fasteners. Commission structure available to be discussed at interview
