About the Role:
Are you a HR assistant looking for a new opportunity? Our client based in Paisley is seeking a dedicated HR professional to join their team. The HR Administrator will support the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and performance management. You will collaborate with managers and staff to ensure HR processes are efficient and professional, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and staff wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support recruitment and onboarding, including advertising roles, coordinating interviews, and preparing contracts.
2. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all employee documentation is up to date.
3. Coordinate staff induction and training activities aligned with organizational needs.
4. Assist managers with routine HR queries and processes such as absence tracking and performance reviews.
5. Provide administrative support for employee changes, compliance checks (e.g., DBS/PVG), and probation tracking.
6. Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives and maintain training records.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in an HR role covering administrative and operational tasks.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
* Understanding of HR processes and basic employment law knowledge.
* Confidence in using HR systems and Microsoft Office packages.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
