Job Description
We are excited to recruit a People and Events Administrator for a top client in Northern Ireland. This role involves enhancing the employee experience through fostering a positive workplace culture, driving engagement, and supporting onboarding and development initiatives. The position offers hybrid/flexible working and requires a driver for locations in Cookstown & Monkstown.
Responsibilities include:
* Project managing cultural activities and events to support values and wellbeing.
* Aligning engagement activities with departmental strategies, including recruitment and learning & development.
* Providing an exceptional employee experience from recruitment to recognition.
* Managing engagement metrics and data accuracy.
* Designing onboarding programs and collaborating with hiring managers.
* Developing and delivering training programs, supporting performance management, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience (Essential):
* Third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
* At least 2 years’ experience in HR, L&D, or Marketing roles.
* Experience in event coordination, administration, and working within budget.
* Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and social media management.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and communicate clearly.
Desirable: CIPD qualification.
