The Hilton Cambridge City Centre is recruiting for a Front Office Manager for a fixed-term contract of 14 months, from July 2025 to September 2026.

Role Responsibilities
As Front Office Manager, you will oversee the Front Office team, the main point of contact between guests, the hotel, and other departments. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing the entire Front Office operation to ensure high standards
* Monitoring guest satisfaction levels and trends for continuous improvement
* Recognising regular and VIP guests; promoting the hotel’s loyalty schemes
* Maximising room occupancy and revenue through up-selling
* Setting objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
* Monitoring team appearance, standards, and performance, emphasizing training and teamwork
* Ensuring team members are knowledgeable about hotel products, services, and local area
* Maintaining good communication with all hotel departments
* Managing staffing levels to meet business demands
* Conducting monthly meetings and documenting outcomes
* Handling staff performance issues in line with company policies
* Recruiting, training, and developing the Front Office team
* Ensuring compliance with security, fire, health, and safety regulations
* Using property management systems and front-of-house equipment appropriately
* Assisting other departments as needed
