£40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Our client - a long-standing, respected organisation is on the lookout for a confident and proactive HR Manager to take ownership of a wide range of HR responsibilities. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance, development, and wellbeing, this role is central to keeping the team empowered, informed, and thriving.
What you'll be doing:
Leading recruitment processes end-to-end - from writing standout job adverts to coordinating interviews and managing compliance checks
Owning induction and onboarding, ensuring every new starter feels welcomed and equipped from day one
Keeping staff records and registers up to date and audit-ready
Supporting performance reviews, training plans, and ongoing staff development
Managing health & safety processes, risk assessments, and staff medicals
Upholding safeguarding and employment best practices across the board
Coordinating accurate payroll updates for contract and salary changes
Attending HR meetings and handling sensitive matters with discretionWhat we are looking for:
HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent), or solid hands-on experience in a regulated sector
Exceptionally organised with a strong eye for detail
A confident communicator who's approachable and trustworthy
Comfortable working with sensitive information and complex processes
Well-versed in safeguarding, compliance, and up-to-date employment legislation
Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
