We are currently recruiting for an Evening Cook to join our family based at our site SAGE, St Fergus, Peterhead. Due to location of the site, this position would suit someone who owns a car and holds a valid driving licence.
The hours for this position are as follows:
Monday to Friday 19:30 to 23:00
We offer an excellent rate of pay at £18.26 per hour.

Main responsibilities of the role are:
* To prepare, cook or reheat the evening meal as per set menu from dayshift or our homemade pies, steak burger, chicken fillets and scampi. We also offer made to order salad bowl or sandwiches. Maximum of 10 meals all takeaway and pre ordered via telephone each evening start of shift.
* Ensure high standards of hygiene, product, quality control and health and safety are maintained at all times.
* Adhere to allergen legislation.
* Ensure that standards relating to food and cleaning service are maintained at all times.
* To carry out additional duties and any other tasks to assist day chef, prep vegetables, deep clean equipment etc.
