Job Description We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs on a full-time, permanent basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 2 days from home and 3 days on site. The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Administration team to ensure effective and efficient management of day-to-day HR processes. In addition to this the HR Administrator will be required to provide a professional, engaging and people focused service to our stakeholders. Monitor the probation process Administering and maintaining the TELUS system Coordinating and managing employment reference requests for new hires Ensuring accurate and timely compliance with the Working Time Directive (WTD) Processing all onboarding documentation for new employees Support the Talent Acquisition Team with monitoring interviews Supporting with the distribution of standard offer letters and contracts Providing cover for the HR Administration team Working with highly confidential information in line with legal requirements, policies, and processes as a core member of the HR team Acting as a first point of contact within the team for internal and external queries and escalating these as necessary.
