About the Role
As Site Manager, you’ll lead on-site cleaning teams to maintain impeccable standards in premium office environments. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll ensure flawless service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement for high-end corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate, and develop cleaning teams
· Oversee daily operations, quality inspections, and client walkthroughs to uphold premium service levels
· Manage rotas, attendance, performance, and training (including health & safety, COSHH, infection control)
· Ensure full compliance with client specifications, legislation, and company policies (e.g., risk assessments, method statements)
· Handle client liaison, feedback, and escalations – building strong relationships with facility managers and occupiers
· Control stock, supplies, and equipment; manage budgets and minimise waste
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and KPI reporting
· Support recruitment, inductions, and disciplinary processes as needed
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager in commercial cleaning or soft FM (ideally in office, corporate, or high-end environments)
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
· Excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to high standards
· Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations, COSHH, and cleaning best practices
· Confident client-facing communicator with problem-solving ability
· Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
