What you’ll do on a typical day as a HR Manager:
Accurately managing HR KPI’s on site, to include absence, headcount and other key measurables
* Developing and implementing colleague communication and engagement strategies across the contract
* Coaching and training Managers and Supervisors on HR matters, process and policies
* Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and are implemented on a consisted basis across the site
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Preferably CIPD qualified or working towards graduate status
* Previous experience of working within a transport and logistics industry would be highly desirable
* Strong experience with of managing Employee Relations processes, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management
* An up to date knowledge or understanding of employment law
