McGinley Support Services is urgently seeking experienced Slinger/Signallers to join the Heathrow Airside project. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay, overtime, and the chance to work on one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure developments.
Job Details
* Start Date: ASAP (urgent due to Airside pass requirements)
* Duration: Long-term ongoing role
* Location: Heathrow Airport (Airside)
* Hours: To be confirmed
Pay Rates (PAYE Direct)
* Days: £18.89 per hour
* Nights: £23.61 per hour (1.25 uplift)
* Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours
Requirements for Slinger/Signaller Role
* Valid Blue CPCS Card (essential)
* Minimum 5 years' continuous work history (required for Airside pass clearance)
* Preferably candidates who have worked continuously with McGinley OR through CIS/Limited Company for the past 5 years
* Previous experience working as a Slinger/Signaller on large construction or infrastructure projects

As a Slinger/Signaller on the Heathrow Airside project, you will be responsible for safe lifting operations, directing cranes and plant, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You must have experience working in busy construction environments and be confident working in a secure airside setting.
