The role will still involve plenty of hands-on coding on complex features, as well as technical leadership driving the standards of development and delivery for a small project team of 2-3 developers.The tech stack is centred around Typescript, with Node & Nest.js on the backend and React/Next.js frontend with a serverless Azure deployed architecture. So, whilst there is no issue with candidates coming from an AWS/GCP background excellent Typescript skills are a must.As a flexible working business employees work remotely 99% of the time and will get together in their offices, based in Bristol, on an ad hoc basis (around once a quarter) so candidates should be either local to the South West or happy to travel.
