Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager (18.5 hours per week,Salary: £39,862 – £46,142 pa, pro rata for part-time hours) to lead all HR functions with vision and impact.

Qualifications and Experience
* CIPD qualified Human Resources Manager, with a minimum Level 5 qualification in HR focus.
* Detailed knowledge of current employment legislation.
* Ability to lead, inspire, encourage collaboration, and make assertive decisions.
* Ability to provide guidance and advice to enable, motivate and develop staff.
