HR Administrator
Job Title: HR Administrator
Role: To provide administrative support to the HR Team within Waterman Aspen
Reporting to: HR Administration Manager
Main Duties
1. Provide administrative support to the HR Team and wider business, including responding to incoming emails, calls and internal queries
2. Set up new contracts for salaried and hourly paid workers, ensuring all compliance documents are in place, (e.g. bank details, emergency contact details, right to work evidence)
3. Action new, amended, and end of secondment documentation
4. Manage the processing of pre employment and post-employment references
5. Action resignations, prepare leaver documentation and ensure HR systems and payroll are updated
6. Update and monitor employee lifecycle data, including changes to address, bank details
7. Assist with the completion of supplier questionnaires
