The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely on time, within budget and to 5* quality standards. You'll lead and motivate the site team and subcontractors and take charge of the development featuring timber frame and traditional builds and play a key part in building homes you'll be proud to handover. Responsibilities for Site Manager Take full ownership of the day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely and to the highest quality standards Coordinate and manage all on site activities, including subcontractors, labour and materials Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Monitor progress against the build programme and address any delays or issues proactively Conduct regular site meetings and briefings with site teams and contractors Manage and motive onsite staff Maintain accurate site records Support assistant/site team members in their professional development Requirements for Site Manager We're seeking an accomplished Site Manager with a strong background in new build residential construction and successfully driven teams to exceed targets and deliver quality homes with outstanding customer satisfaction.
