The Role
* Deliver construction projects on time and to a high standard
* Report to senior management including Contracts Manager and Project Director
* Manage and motivate site teams and subcontractors
* Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure H&S compliance
* Interpret drawings and oversee works to specification
* Coordinate labour and site activities effectively
* Liaise with engineers and key stakeholders
* Support contract negotiations alongside senior team
The Person
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within new build and fit‑out construction
* Track record of delivering projects from start to finish
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions confidently
* Strong technical knowledge of construction processes
* Relevant H&S and site management certifications and forklift licence
