The position is based in the village of Hamble, 10 minutes from Southampton by Car, train or bus. You will be dealing with some of the largest organisations in Europe.
Daily tasks include:
* Search and select candidates/ Head Hunting
* Network and advertise to potential candidates
* Identify skills sets and match them to vacancies
* Database management
* Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates and advertising teams.
* Dealing with general queries

This role gives you the opportunity to work in the highly sought after specialist IT recruitment industry. There will be full on-the-job training provided and career progression. No previous IT experience required other than knowing how to use basic programs such as Word and Outlook.
