Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
* Serve meals to residents, ensuring an exceptional dining experience through attentive service.
Qualifications
* Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is preferred.
* Good skills in food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
* Experience in large kitchen environment is advantageous.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
