HR Officer - HRIS (Workday implementation) London £50,000 pro rata- start ASAP Contract: Fixed-term until end of January 2026 About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support the implementation of the Workday HRIS system on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping HR processes, training, and policy updates while ensuring smooth system adoption across the organisation. Key Responsibilities * Develop and update training materials, user guides, and job aids to support Workday adoption. * Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing user support. * Assist with updating HR procedures and policies in line with system changes. * Identify and resolve data discrepancies, making corrections as needed. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Raise change requests and support tickets where necessary. * Participate in project meetings and provide input into system development. * Carry out other tasks as required to ensure successful implementation. What We're Looking For * Proven experience in Workday HRIS implementation (essential). * CIPD qualified (or equivalent). * Strong HR knowledge and experience. * Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence to engage at all levels. * Results-driven, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. * High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. * Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. * Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
