This essential leadership role demands a high standard of building and grounds maintenance and excellent logistical planning. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Working Hours: Standard 37 hours per week (flexibility required). Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Operational Leadership: Overall responsibility for premises staff, daily operations, and operational efficiency across the site. Compliance & Safety: Ensuring a safe environment through diligent security procedures and adherence to all health and safety legislation. Facilities Management: Managing contractors for specialist services and overseeing all reactive and planned maintenance.
