Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an Employment Associate to join their high-performing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least 2PQE from a top City firm to work on a broad range of sophisticated and high-profile employment matters.

You will work directly with the Partners in the London group on a mix of Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, complex advisory work, and cross-border projects. The role involves advising clients on executive appointments and exits, team moves, restrictive covenants, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, large-scale restructurings, and international compliance initiatives. You’ll play a key role in managing matters day to day, drafting key documents, coordinating with overseas counsel, and maintaining close contact with clients.
You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own client relationships, while benefiting from close supervision and guidance from market-leading partners. The firm offers a truly international platform, with an outstanding client base and a strong culture of collaboration and professional development.
