Kingston upon Thames | £18 per hour (PAYE) | 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid (3 office / 2 home)
Ceto Talent are recruiting an HR Administrator for a leading organisation within the offshore construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare contracts and new starter documentation
* Coordinate onboarding processes (references, medicals, inductions)
* Maintain accurate HR records (electronic & paper)
* Support with contract changes, leavers, and maternity risk assessments
* Provide day-to-day support to HR and recruitment teams
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous HR administration experience (essential)
* Ideally background in offshore construction, engineering, or energy
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* CIPD qualification (studying or achieved) desirable
The Offer:
* £18 per hour (PAYE)
* 37.5 hours per week
* Hybrid working – 3 office days / 2 home days
* Based in Kingston upon Thames
