My client is seeking for a proactive HR Manager (part-time) to support their HR function during a period of transition. The role involves strengthening HR processes, embedding a new HR system and supporting HR administrators.
Temporary – 4 Months, (Potential to Extend)
Hybrid – Primarily Remote (1 day on-site per week)
Hours: 25-30 per week, part-time
Salary: £20.50 per hour
Sector: Charity / Education preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR administrators with HR processes
Verify and quality-check HR data
Support recruitment, on boarding, and induction
Update HR policies and ensure compliance
Establish HR audit procedures (safer recruitment, equality, absence management, training)
Support pay and contract reviews
Provide generalist HR advice and manage ER casesCandidate Profile:
Experienced HR generalist at HR Manager level
Hands-on, collaborative, and happy to coach HR administrators
Strong knowledge of HR processes, governance, and compliance
Charity or education sector experience advantageous
