Sales Executive - New Opportunity!

Hours: 44 per week; Monday-Wednesday 9:00–17:30, Thursday 9:00–20:00, Friday 9:00–17:00, Saturday 9:00–15:00 on a rota
Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus commission, uncapped)
Belfast Kia is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our team on site. You will specialise in new and used car sales and work alongside a passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service. You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customer wants and needs.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via email, telephone and in person
* Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer needs
* Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
* Negotiate the final price for the sale
* Complete the relevant paperwork for each sale
* Liaise with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all customers
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and be passionate about their work. You will be expected to hit targets, so ambition and hard work are essential. Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required as you may be asked to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
