We’re working with a growing and well-established manufacturing business looking to add a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with warm leads and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring accurate and timely quotations are provided. You’ll play a key role in converting interest into business while maintaining strong internal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Qualifying customer requirements and identifying suitable solutions
Producing accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner
Updating and maintaining the CRM system with all customer interactions
Following up on quotes to maximise conversion rates
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Delivering a professional and consultative customer experience
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (ideally inbound sales)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Proactive, motivated, and target-driven
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise workload
