* Salary of up to £47,000 per annum DOE
* Monday – Thursday: 08.00am – 16.35pm, Friday: 08.00am – 13.00pm

The Role of the Quality Manager;
1. Review and revise the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
2. Review customer requirements and make sure that they are met
3. Work with purchasing to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
4. Set standards for Quality
5. Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
6. Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
7. Define quality procedures in conjunction with the operating staff
8. Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
9. Monitor performance by gathering data and produce reports
10. Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements, and how to implement them
