We are working with a globally recognised organisation seeking a Catering Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of catering operations across events. This is a high‑impact role overseeing long‑term planning, logistics, and on‑site execution for large‑scale, multi‑site events, ensuring industry‑leading standards across hospitality, retail, and VIP catering experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of catering operations across major events
* Manage full project lifecycle from concept to execution
* Oversee caterer and contractor tender processes and appointments
* Design and implement catering layouts and infrastructure onsite
* Manage staffing, training, and operational readiness
* Oversee menus and catering offer across multiple audience groups
* Control budgets, supplier performance, and commercial outcomes
* Collaborate with venues and external partners
* Drive post‑event evaluation and continuous improvement
About You
* Proven experience in large‑scale event catering
* Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and complex logistics
* Commercially aware with budget management experience
* Confident stakeholder manager, including senior and high‑profile clients
* Highly organised, detail‑driven, and calm under pressure
