Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Learning Mentor into the team at Ipswich Academy.

The position
The role of the Learning Mentor is to engage vulnerable or challenging pupils in their learning through provision of high-quality early intervention that impacts positively on pupil welfare, attendance, progress and behaviour, and to provide support to the principal. You will be attached to a specific year group and work with the inclusion officer to remove barriers to learning, enhance attendance and engagement and work hard to secure the best outcomes for our students.
