What you'll be doing
* Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all customers that come through the door and over the phone.
* Build genuine rapport to understand your customers needs - turning conversation into business.
* Match relevant products to the needs of your customers, presenting applicable features and benefits.
* Accurately appraise used cars offered in part exchange.
* Organise and carry out professional and proficient demonstrations and test drives.
* Negotiate a successful close, overcoming any objections through understanding the benefits and features of all products available.
* Identify sources of potential new and used car customers for your franchise and business.
* Carry out prospecting activities on a regular basis with confidence.
* Ensure that all vehicles are presentable and ready for inspection by your customers, including your own company car.
* Display all vehicles to brand standard with the right price and specification details.
* Maintain your digital diary and use both our customer relationship and dealership management tools accurately and efficiently.
What we're looking for
* Some experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry is preferred but not always essential, however, a passion for cars is!
* Confidence, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills
* A willingness to work weekends (because that's when our customers love to shop)
* A full UK driving licence
