Responsibilities
* Drive full-cycle recruiting: from sourcing, screening, interviewing, through offer and onboarding for technical, product and operational roles.
* Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand team hiring plans, role requirements, and success profiles.
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines (active and passive), leveraging networks, platforms, referrals, and new sourcing tactics.
* Manage and enhance candidate experience: timely communication, alignment with our culture and values, and representing AUI’s mission.
* Track metrics and maintain recruiting systems: time-to-fill, pipeline health, hiring funnel conversion, quality of hire.
* Collaborate with the Director of Operations on employer brand, job postings, career site, interview processes, diversity & inclusion initiatives.
* Continuously optimise recruiting practices: evaluate sourcing effectiveness, leverage data, recommend improvements.

Must-haves
* 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
* Proven success recruiting technical roles (e.g., software engineering, ML/AI, product).
* High comfort level with sourcing passive candidates, using LinkedIn, social networks, and creative outreach.
* Strong partner mindset: experience working with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role and talent needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and negotiate offers effectively.
* Mission-driven attitude: motivated by working in cutting-edge AI and keen to support a scaling organisation.
Nice to have
* Experience recruiting in AI / ML or deep-tech companies.
* Familiarity with startup equity and compensation structures.
* Exposure to global recruiting - Israel and the US preferable.
