THE ROLE
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Principal Associate Solicitor to join a highly ranked employment law team
The role will involve advising businesses and senior executives through complex employment law challenges, providing strategic advice and practical solutions.
As a Principal Associate in the team, you will advise a broad range of clients, contributing to the ongoing development and expansion of the team
You will provide expert guidance on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and day-to-day HR queries
This will cover;
Contentious Matters: Represent clients in employment disputes and tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistle-blowing, and redundancy disputes
Strategic Projects: Guide clients through large-scale restructuring, TUPE transfers, and workforce planning for corporate clients
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, HR professionals, and senior executives, acting as a trusted advisor on complex issues
Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the Employment team through networking, thought leadership, and developing new client opportunities.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you will have a solid employment law background 10 + PQE
You will have excellent technical skills, sound commercial acumen and leadership qualities
