Sales Executive Lanark Full-time Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Executive to support our Sales Team in a dynamic FMCG environment. This role is key to ensuring smooth sales operations and involves close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and customers. We are a leading supplier of premium biscuits based in Scotland, and we produce the number one chocolate ginger biscuit in the UK. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring sales orders, contracts, and documentation are processed accurately. Manage and monitor incoming orders through customer portals and internal systems. Process returns, credits, and purchase orders within our CRM and ERP systems. Support promotional planning and analysis for key retailers, including tracking performance of live and post promotions. Maintain accurate customer records and update key sales data across internal systems. Assist with forecasting and reporting for premium retail and OOH customers. Support the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and customer communications. Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent service standards. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups for the Sales Team. Assist with trade shows, events, and customer visits where required. Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth sales operations. Experience & Skills We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. You will ideally have: Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or sales executive role. Experience working in FMCG, retail, or a fast-paced commercial environment (preferred). Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience using CRM or ERP systems. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Good communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence working with numbers and analysing data.
