About The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front of store operations. You will be responsible for our checkouts and customer service desk, contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and local community.

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
* Proven leadership skills to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, manage costs, and handle rostering requirements
* Ability to maintain excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe for everyone
* Commitment to driving a one-team culture prioritizing team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
