The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR practices with business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities include leading HR functions, improving systems and policies, and enhancing employee experience to support organizational growth and transformation.
Responsibilities include:
* Partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Developing and implementing HR strategies for transformation and growth.
* Advising management on talent management and organizational development.
* Supporting workforce planning and restructuring initiatives.
Additional responsibilities cover employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, HR systems, policy compliance, change management, people development, employee benefits, and wellness programs.
The role also involves measuring success through HR goals, managing change initiatives, improving HR systems, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Person Specification:
Qualifications: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent with proven HR leadership experience.
Experience in strategic HR leadership, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, change management, and proficiency with HR systems like Sage HR.
Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, data analysis skills, and a passion for leadership development are essential.
