Were recruiting for experienced Retail Site Managers to deliver fast-track supermarket fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK.
Our client is a well-known principal contractor within the retail and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, theyre looking for hands-on, professional Site Managers who can take ownership of live store projects and deliver to high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Role Overview
* Manage day-to-day site operations on live supermarket refurbishments and roll-out programmes
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure Health & Safety compliance
* Liaise with clients and store teams to deliver projects with minimal disruption
* Maintain quality, programme, and commercial awareness
Requirements
1. Proven experience managing M&S, Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, or Morrisons store projects, amongst others
2. Black CSCS Card preferred, with SMSTS & First Aid essential
