Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ashford. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, offering informed guidance on vehicles and services, and delivering a seamless sales experience. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and contributing to the achievement of dealership objectives. Building strong relationships with customers and providing outstanding service will be integral to this role.

* Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, active listening, and relationship-building
* Sales expertise and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Basic technical knowledge of automotive products and services
* Customer service excellence and a focus on delivering a personalized experience
* Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
* Adaptability, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
* Previous automotive sales experience is beneficial but not essential
* Full and valid UK driver’s license required
* Achieved or working towards NVQ in Sales, Business, or a related field is a plus
