driven Site Manager
who wants to grow and develop with a supportive contractor, rather than someone already at senior level. You will: Have proven experience in fit-out and refurbishment projects, ideally Cat A & Cat B. Be ambitious, motivated, and eager to take on more responsibility as your career progresses. Bring strong leadership and communication skills to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively. Take pride in delivering high-quality projects with a solutions-focused mindset. The Role Oversee day-to-day operations on large-scale London fit-out projects. Ensure delivery to programme, budget, quality and safety standards. Work closely with contracts managers and project teams to maintain client satisfaction.
