Your Newpany is recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator to deliver an efficient, customer-focused, high-quality Human Resource Service.
Your New Role
* Manage and coordinate the provision of the HR administrative process in a timely and consistent manner.
* Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on policies, terms and conditions, and employment legislation.
* Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed to a high standard for each process.
* Ensure the effective use of electronic HR systems.
* Support the team in developing their skills, knowledge, and use of systems.
* Collect and collate relevant data for monitoring, analysis, and reporting of HR information.
* Collaborate with stakeholders including management, staff, trade unions, and the public.
* Undertake projects and surveys to ensure a high-quality HR service.
* Organise and take minutes at meetings and hearings as appropriate.
* Assist in the development and delivery of training programmes.
* Work as part of a team within the HR and Organisational Development function.
* Identify areas for service improvement to meet service users’ expectations.
* Participate in regular HR service meetings.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* RQF Level 4 or higher qualification and 1 year’s experience in HR, OR
* 4 GCSEs including Maths and English, and 2 years’ experience in an administrative/customer-facing environment (1 year in HR), OR
* 3 years’ experience in an administrative/customer-facing environment (1 year in HR).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.
