Your new company Hays are working with a public sector organisation to recruit for a Personal Assistant. Your new role Maintain and organise the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.). Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Act as a point of contact between the executive and external parties Communicate professionally and promptly via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Coordinate meetings with external stakeholders and ensure smooth communication. Attend board meetings and record accurate minutes. Summarise discussions, decisions, and action items during meetings. Distribute meeting minutes to relevant parties afterward.
