Responsibilities
* Coordinate the administrative aspects of staff recruitment and interview scheduling
* Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed with a high degree of accuracy
* Maintain accurate digital personnel files and the school's HR information system
* Assist in the preparation of high-calibre reports for the Board of Governors
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an inclusive and professional workspace
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong administrative background with a passion for HR
* High standards of professional conduct and communication
* Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy under pressure
* Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
* Salary Range: £24,000 – £29,500
* Full-time, permanent position (Part-time considered for the right candidate)
