Job Title: Seafood Sales Executive (Remote, Full-time/Part-time)

This is a remote role, part time or full time, for an experienced or semi-retired Seafood Sales Executive from within the seafood industry.


Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
* Develop new sales channels and manage ongoing sales activity
* Present to & Work with Food Service distributors, wholesalers, fish merchants & Home Delivery
* Engage with national accounts and buying groups (where applicable)
* Forecast and meet sales targets


The right candidate will be ambitious and have the ability and self-confidence to work alone to achieve their goals. You will have a considered strategic approach to how you win your customers.


You will be supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team, who will assist you in day-to-day operations and the right product training as needed.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who brings industry knowledge and the confidence to work independently. The ideal candidate will have:


* Current experience in the seafood industry
* Strong knowledge of the UK foodservice sector
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills


Remuneration

This is a performance-based opportunity for the right candidate. Your success is our success, and we reward our team correspondingly.


Basic salary: £30,000-£45,000 based on experience and customer portfolio.

Bonus: Annual with no restricted limits, based on the above criteria.

Optional: For seasoned candidates with a proven track record, a commission-only package is also available.
