Site Manager - Construction Team Client An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a well-established and growing construction contractor based in Belfast, delivering planned and well-managed projects across Northern Ireland. The company has a strong reputation for groundworks, civils and new-build developments, with a secure pipeline and repeat clients. Projects include high-end new-build residential schemes and live operational retail environments such as Maxol and Spar extensions and new-builds. This role suits a hands-on Site Manager who values autonomy on site, clear programmes, and the support of an experienced commercial and contracts team. The Ideal Person Applications are welcomed from Site Managers with groundworks, civils and new-build experience, including those with mixed backgrounds combining shell, core, structural or some fit-out works, Assistant Site Managers ready to step up with civils exposure, or Working / General Foremen from a trade background. You will be confident managing live operational sites with public interface, delivering to programme, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Flexibility to travel across Northern Ireland is required. Responsibilities Day-to-day site management of groundworks, civils and new-build projects, supervision of trades and subcontractors to maintain high workmanship standards, managing site workflow and programme delivery within live environments, ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and RAMS, liaising with clients, project managers, design teams and retail partners, and maintaining productivity, quality control and site efficiency from start to completion. Remuneration £50,000 DOE plus company vehicle and fuel, pension scheme, and company benefits package.
